The same is with our suppliers. They need our business too so they will support us in their best way as long as it is fair.
You may have a product which is not working while under warranty. It is very simple to resolve this issue.
- Most manufacturers give one year warranty for their products. They will first check the cosmetics and if they find external damage, the warranty is void and buyer will need to pay for the repairs and parts. Please check the description page of the product that you purchased to find the warranty period.
- Please firstly check the cosmetics of the product and make sure that there is no transit damage. If there is damage found (no matter how small) you are entitled for insurance compensation if you purchased to cover. Take this product immediately to your post office and file a claim form. If they send a report from the post office to our address click here, we can follow up for you from this end. Photographs and or word of mouth is not accepted by the post manager without this report.
- All shipping costs to and from china must be paid by the customer.
We do not deny our buyers knowledge and experties in their field of work relating to the product that they purchased from our store however, most products that we sell have digital control systems and require need time and patience to master.
- Please refer to the manual over and over.
- Take your time and get back to it after few hours of relaxation.Then try again.
- Check all cables and connectors.
- If you are using your own equipment in conjunction with our products, make sure that they are compatible and your equipment is not faulty.
- Double check and even call a friend who may have a bit more knowledge than you have in these kinds of equipment.
- Check the internet to gain some tips and tricks about similar products.
Then if all attempts failed, you may wish to send the Surely Faulty components back to us:
- in its original form.
- total weight of package recieved must equal to the total weight of package to be sent back
The warranty is void if any unauthorized / unqualified person attempts to repair this product. The seal must be still intact when they receive goods under warranty however:
Manufacturer may send spare parts if an official report and request of a registered qualified technician is printed on his letterhead and is received explaining the cause of the malfunction.
Buyer is responsible to pay for the shipping cost at all times.
Faulty major parts must be returned when to be replaced by a new part.
You are sending these goods back to us at your own risk in case of damage,loss or if any, high import taxes applied by chinese government. If goods are declared and or insured more than US$40.00, an import tax may have to be collected by Chinese Customs. We shall inform you and request payment so the package can be released. It otherwise the goods will be sent back to you at your cost.
Please clearly indicate that this package was originated and is going back to china for repairs only.
clearly include the order number , your name, invoices, the return full address, telephone number and your email address with your package.
Manufacturers and or Chinese Department Store do not cover service charges to techenicians other than their own authorized appointed repair centers in most countries.
When service centers are available in your area, the details will be included in the invoice accompanying the package after purchase.
We shall inform you by email as soon as the package is in china and within 24 hours will hand over to the manufacturer for their inspection and warranty service.
