DHL accepts consignment regardless of their weight  while EMS only accepts maximum of 20Kg for most countries and 30Kg for USA, UK.
Some bulky items are charged at a different rate by DHL.  All shipping charges are calculated and shown for your convenience.

The above shippers calculate the shipping costs based on the first 500 grams or part of.
The first 500 grams is normally three times higher than the second or any after.

Buy more and Save:

Buyers could save 2/3 of the first 500 grams cost when combining two orders and if three products are combined, 2 x 2/3 of the first 500 grams cost can be saved.

Please note: If any, taxes and charges imposed by your countries government will be collected at the time of delivery. It is buyers responsibility to pay for the charges.

Standard International Delivery by EMS or DHL:

You can expect delivery in 4 to 15 working days by traceable online methods. Usually, they will ring your doorbell, then if no one available, may leave the package in a sheltered area. EMS will deliver the package in your mailbox if it fits, or put it by your door.

Postal Delivery by Air Mail, SAL, Surface Mail:

Postal Air Mail Delivery:

You can expect delivery for Air Mail in 7-15 working days for orders placed on Mondays prior to 4:00pm China time. Air Mail delivery orders are shipped to your local Post Office. They will notify you by leaving a note in your letter box or P.O.Box. Please make sure you check your P.O.Box or letter box regularly.

Postal SAL Delivery:

You can expect delivery for SAL in minimum of 30 working days for orders placed on Mondays prior to 4:00pm China time. SAL delivery orders are shipped to your local Post Office. They will notify you by leaving a note in your letter box or P.O.Box. Please make sure you check your P.O.Box or letter box regularly.

Postal Surface Mail Delivery:

You can expect delivery for Surface Mail in minimum of 60 working days for orders placed on Mondays prior to 4:00pm China time. Air Mail delivery orders are shipped to your local Post Office. They will notify you by leaving a note in your letter box or P.O.Box. Please make sure you check your P.O.Box or letter box regularly.

Sea Freight:

Chinese Department Store specializes in export of bulk orders. You could purchase variety of products from our store and get them sent to your nearest international sea port.
Sea Freight is calculated by the volume of the products regardless of their weight and shape. The goods may be shipped in one or more packages depending on their shape.
Buyers will be informed  of preliminary details after the goods are booked to enter into the next available space in containers. 

The original documents about the shipment details ( Bill of Lading) will also be sent by Express EMS mail to your address between 7-10 days from the boarding.

Sea freight shipments are charged by Cubic Meter and or part of.

The initial shipping cost paid to Chinese Department Store only covers the charges from our warehouse in China to the port warehouse (FOB).

Please note: We are not responsible to clear the goods from your customs. It is your responsibility to inform yourself about all the steps that must be taken to clear the parcel of the customs.

The buyer is responsible to pay standard port charges usually calculated by the volume. The agent whose details are given to you by us will inform you about the total amount or the local port charges. They could also assist you for the local transport to your location.
If any, standard government import customs taxes and charges are also the responsibility of the buyer.
