Our goal is to make an exchange or refund as fair and easy as possible.
- If the item is damaged, and the postman is still there, ask for an official Inspection Report . Word of mouth and photographs are not accepted by the shipping companies for issuing compensation.
- You are responsible for the return postage and if any, all charges imposed by the Chinese customs.
Chinese government will apply import tax on any item imported to China and
declared over USD39.99. You may wish to include a note to the shipping company
of the reason for return.
- We will not collect the parcel from the Chinese customs unless, if any, the
charges are paid by the buyer. Please consider, you must pay for the shipping
cost of the parcel from Chinese customs to your country or the parcel will be
destroyed after 30 days of waiting in their warehouse.
- Please include the purchase invoice, and if you dont have your invoice, please enclose your name, address,
reason for return plus the approximate date of purchase with the item and mail it back to us.
- Please click here to print our English and Chinese language address to attach to the package to be sent back.
- Make sure that you fill in all the blanks in the shipping form for speedy
delivery and process of your request.
- Chinese department Store is not to be held responsible for any damages incurred in transit, delays in delivery and or compensation
process when parcels are sent back to China.
- Returned items are refunded:
- at todays purchase price
- minus initial shipping cost from us to the buyer
- minus bank fees and or commissions when payment was received by us
- minus 10% re-stocking fee
- refund will be made in the same payment method as it was received
- All merchandise must be returned within 7 days of its receipt by the receiver with the original sales documents.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging and with all accompanying manuals and accessories. All manufacturers warranties are in effect.
Please double check to make sure all accessories are included before sending.
- Make sure that you insure your package to be sent back to cover for damage and even the shipping cost.
- We suggest that you use a traceable online shipping method.
- You may wish to send us the tracking number for the package so that we look
forward to receiving it.
