Well, We Chinese, also buy a can of COKE and drink. It tastes just like the Coke which you buy in your country, but here in China, We pay 15 cents and it is straight from the fridge of 7/11 stores.
If we exported a container of these drinks to your country, we would make a fortune. But, these will be considered as fakes and unhealthy to the public, because, they have not been imported by Coca Cola Company.
It does not mean that we are drinking fake Cokes here in China.
The same goes with the BMW and Benz which is now also made in China and priced for the Chinese domestic market.
Many brand companies don’t own their own factories here in China. They may claim it but they all contract with the local factories and together manufacture excellent products.
The capable Chinese manufacturers make thousands for the brand companies, using their designs and adapt their manufacturing methods.
They apply the logos for them and manufacture as they request (OEM). These goods get exported by the brand companies and imported to your country by them as well.
They price it accordingly so they can make profits, and their dealers or resellers also can make profits.
So, if we exported the Coca Cola products in large quantity, the Coca Cola Company in your country will not be very pleased about it and will try their best to stop the importation which can influence their income.
Brand companies own their trade marks and their intellectual properties. In the western countries, they pay for these protections and the law protects them.
In China, unfortunately, trade mark as well as intellectual property is not protected as much as it should be.
Just too many people and too difficult for the government to control the infringements.
On the other hand, the Chinese factories making for these brand companies, also manufacture more for the local Chinese market.
The brand companies may also make some profits, not as much as they could make from you in your country, but here, in China, there are more sales as there are more people.
The brand companies are even happy with little profit per product selling in China.
What we sell, come from those factories who manufacture for the brand companies, however, these are not recognized by the trade mark owners.
A pair of NIKE shoes will never sell US$300.00 in China as the average salary per month in china is about 300-400 dollars. But there is 1300 million Chinese who would like to have a pair of NIKE shoes.
A pair of Nike does not cost more than a non branded pair to manufacture. It actually even costs less to manufacture for Nike, as they make so many. The cost of a nice pair of runners would not be more than 10 dollars to make.
If Nike sold 1300 million and only made one dollar profit per each, they will be making 1.3 billion dollars.
But Nike making a dollar profit in your country will be considered as suicide.
They just control the borders. Don’t let the domestic Chinese products to get to your country without their authorization.
Chinese are smarter than what all other people of the world think about them.
No Chinese businessman would open a factory, manufacture a brand product, which does not work or have no market to sell.
To manufacture a set of headphones would require so many moulds and so much investment in machinery and assembly lines process.
Maybe someone, copy the brand products using lower quality materials and try to sell at lower price, but people are also not stupid and have eyes to see and can check the quality.
We don’t supply products which are low quality, as it is hard to find good customers and very easy to lose them indeed.
We urge you NOT to resell these products, as they are not authorized in your country.
You may wish to purchase in the small quantities we are offering and use them for your own personal use.

Why do I use EMS as it is more expensive than DHL?
DHL checks all products very carefully, as they seem to be pairing up with the customs in all countries and handling import tax and duties.
EMS is not as strict as it should be, and therefore, we have had no issues sending brand products so far but in small quantity.
It costs more than DHL, and my guess is that, there may be some corrupt EMS officials worldwide in the EMS system closing eye on the brand products and sharing the little difference in costs between EMS and DHL among themselves.

My goods arrived damaged and or faulty, what do I do next?
Please consider, we at Chinese department store need your business and support you fully in any which way we can to keep you as our long term customer.
The same is with our suppliers. They need our business too, so they will support us in any way as long as it is fair.
We do not deny your knowledge and expertise in your field of work. Most of the goods that we sell have digital control systems which need time and patience to master. Please refer to the manual over and over.
Take your time and get back to the product after few hours of relaxation.
Then try again. Get yourself a multimeter and all way from the wall socket to the product you purchased, check all cables and connectors.
Electronics nowadays are manufactured to breakdown, just after they run out of warranty. Look around, even Sony, have repair centres in every village and tribe.
If you are using your own old equipment with these new items, make sure that they are perfectly healthy and compatible.
Please double check and even call a friend who may have a bit more knowledge than you have, in these kinds of equipment. Two heads are always better than one. Please check over the internet and gain some tips and tricks about similar products.
If all attempts failed and you discovered that the goods have either been sent to you faulty or damaged in transit, then you may wish to send back, if worth it.

China is a large country and we purchase from many locations, far or near. We always bear the shipping costs to the factories and back to us, if the goods arrive, faulty or damaged.
Same with you.
You must consider that it was also your choice to purchase from a far away country; therefore, you are responsible for all shipping costs to and from our warehouse even though all goods are tested and checked before dispatch.
Please make sure, when you are sending goods back to us:
1: You package very well. Don’t use little packaging materials, your goods are far more expensive and you don’t want damage to occur in transit when on its way back to us.
2: China imposes high import tax on all incoming goods. You must make a declaration with the shippers and make it very clear to them that the goods have been purchased from China, and are going back for repair or replacement.
3: If you declared more than US$40.00, it will be subjected to tax, and we will not pay for it. We will ask you to pay, and if you are too slow in paying for the tax and all customs broker and clearance charges, the goods will either be abandoned or will be returned to you at your cost.
4: Chinese postal workers are underpaid; therefore, your parcel can easily disappear, if you do not use TRACEABLE ONLINE METHOD.
5: Please make sure, that you have printed our address in Chinese language from the about us page and securely stuck onto the parcel.
We will first check the cosmetics and if we find external damage, the warranty is void and you will need to pay for the repairs and parts plus shipping costs both ways to and from the factory.
If the goods are found to have been tampered with, by you, the manufacturer will not repair under warranty.
Total weight of parcel received must = Total weight of parcel being sent back
If this formula does not apply, please go back and check to see what you have left behind.
The warranty is void if any unauthorized / unqualified person attempts to repair this product.
The seal must be still intact when the factory receives goods under warranty.
Manufacturer may send spare parts if an official report and request of a registered qualified technician is printed on his letterhead, with his business registration number and is received including the cause of the malfunction.

Buyer must pay shipping cost at all times. If you send goods back for repair, you must pay all shipping costs as well for the goods to be sent to you.
