An Australian citizen. 50 Years old. Industrial Designer by qualification and have been in the electronic business specially lighting and sound equipment since 1990. 

I owned number of electronics and service center stores in Australia, own a large DJ store in Soth Island of New Zealand. We imported from Hong Kong from 1990 to 1997 and started selling online getting Chinese factories to drop ship to my customers. With just about every delivery, I had complaints when the goods arrived, such as damage due to inadequate packaging, mulfunction, accessories missing and etc.

I decided to pay a visit to China and eliminate the number of complaints arising. And finally my only choice was to establish a quality control and distribution center in China. I registered the domain name: Chinese Department Store so to offer Chinese manufactured products online to the whole world dealing directly with the factories and selecting the highest quality products. Being a non Chinese in China, it has been a difficult task but so far I have managed to satisfy the needs of not only my customers but also my workers.

Chinese Department Store is only an online store.

We  have an administration office and warehousing facility of about 1000 square meters in the close vicinity of Guangzhou Pazhou Convention Exhibition Center of China. Most factories are just around the corner from us and products can be delivered to us within two days if we dont have in stock. We test every product that comes to our warehouse before we dispatch them.
